In Germany, a tenant was evicted from his apartment for making "sexual, athletic and squeaking noises" on a "very old" sex swing, the Associated Press reports.

The sex swing (surely older and rustier than the very shiny and new-looking sex swing above), and the man's antics upon it, violated his building's quiet-time policy, effective from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The unnamed Berlin man was evicted in 2012, and took his landlady to court for his right to stay. The verdict, which came in this week, ruled in the landlady's favor. The court wrote that using the squeaky old swing late at night "would no longer correspond to normal rental use, and must therefore not be tolerated as socially acceptable." Perhaps if he had used some WD-40.
