Sly Sea Lion Outsmarts Fisherman, Snatches Monster Catch from His Hands
There's a sea lion who hangs out by the docks at Cabo San Lucas whose smarter-than-the-average-sea-mammal antics are so well known, that local anglers have actually named him.
While shooting an upcoming episode of the Chef on the Water reality show, fisherman Mike "The Griz" Ritz and Chef Yvan Mucharrz of Capella Pedregal were trophyizing with their monster mahi-mahi, when sneaky Pancho suddenly emerged like a Monday to snatch away Mucharrz's weekend catch.
