Shia LaBeouf Arrested and Booked for Public Intoxication in Austin
Last night, Shia LaBeouf, a serial plagiarist with a substance abuse problem, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor public intoxication in Austin, Texas, TMZ reports.
Witnesses told TMZ that an angry and heavily impaired LaBeouf ran down the street after being denied entry to a bar, jaywalking in front of police who asked him to stop, and, when he did not, put him in cuffs.

Austin police confirmed to KVUE ABC that LaBeouf was arrested “after he allegedly attempted to cross against a ‘Don’t Walk’ sign.”
