Almost-politician Sarah Palin headlined this weekend for an NRA event and she didn't disappoint, telling the crowd, "If I were in charge, they would know that waterboarding is how we baptize terrorists."

Of course Palin, who will never be in charge, wasn't there to deliver policy announcements. The well-paid Tea Party fluffer mainly focused on a gross misinterpretation of a comment Eric Holder recently made about incorporating technology into gun safety.

"Vice President Biden and I had a meeting with a group of technology people and we talked about how guns can be made more safe," Holder testified recently before the Department of Justice. "By making them either through finger print identification, the gun talks to a bracelet or something that you might wear, how guns can be used only by the person who is lawfully in possession of the weapon."

Or in Palin's words, "Attorney General Eric Holder, recently he reveals this idea to have government have gun owners wear bracelets, special bracelets, that would identify you as a gun owner."
