Remember that thing that happened in November, when Rihanna's people pooled together journalists and contest-winning fans on a Boeing 777 for a seven-day, seven-country, seven-concert mini-tour? And then Rihanna ditched out and everyone was pissed and hungry and had to piss? Very little of that was rehashed in Fox's bland Rihanna 777 documentary, which aired last night.

The "mutiny" aired out of context and with little sense of onboard frustration — it was presented as mostly a wacky streaking done by wacky Australian DJ Tim Dormer, since wacky streaking things are what Australians do. Here's how our Anonymous Captive Journo recalled this portion of the trip:

Additionally, as on most awful press trips, the camaraderie is unparalleled. As Fuse's Esteban Serran pointed out, the "riot" was almost a good thing for the journalists: "We were looking for a story, and we've turned out to be the story." I'd go a step further and say, "Delirious and denied a story, some drunk Aussies made one."

Also included in the clip above is footage of Rihanna singing "S&M." Throughout the one-hour broadcast, I've never heard Rihanna sound worse, and I already think she has a rotten peach of a voice on a good day. Really, she is a case for lip synching.
