Reports: Lamar Odom Opened His Eyes, Said Something

ABC News, E!, and USA Today are reporting that Lamar Odom opened his eyes this morning at the Las Vegas hospital where he’s been recovering since being found unconscious at a brothel Tuesday night. There are also reports that Odom said something after waking, though it’s not clear exactly what.

E! News claims Odom said, “Hey, baby!” to Khloe Kardashian after waking, while ABC News only notes that the former NBA star made a “brief utterance.”

While confirming Odom’s eye movement, TMZ’s latest report is more sober, noting that “doctors have made it clear the movements are all involuntary.”

UPDATE 4:59 pm: CNN and the Associated Press are reporting that Odom is awake.
