It's completely understandable if you're not ready to trust another shocking twerk-gone-wrong video after the way Jimmy Kimmel treated you, but if you can find it in your heart to watch this one until the end, it'll be worth your while. Sure, this could be fake, but it's probably too gross for TV.

Having said that, I now fully expect Kimmel Live to air a reveal video where Jimmy walks through that door on the left of the frame and tells you this was all done by a professional shartist wearing safety undies. Or a tiny Kimmel puppet just claws its way out of the leggings and stares, dead-eyed, into the camera until you scream. Classic Kimmel.
