The Community College of Philadelphia is on lockdown Tuesday morning after a man with a gun was seen entering a campus building following an argument with a student.

NBC Philadelphia reports the altercation ended when the student threatened to go get security, and the man who had pulled the gun ran into the school’s Winnet Student Life Building. That building was put on lockdown around 9:30 a.m., with the entire campus ordered to shelter in place shortly after.

Police have now cleared the Winnet building, but the campus is still on lockdown and the shelter in place order remains in effect as of 11:40 a.m. SWAT teams are searching for the suspect in an adjacent parking garage.

The suspect is an African-American man, described as 5’4” and wearing a red hoodie. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said he doesn’t believe this incident has anything to do with school shooting threats made on 4chan yesterday against Philadelphia-area universities.

Update 11:53 a.m.: NBC is reporting the suspect is in custody, but police have not yet located the gun. “He was found in a classroom and the arrest was made safely.”

Update 1:00 p.m.: NBC reports the suspect in custody is 17 years old.
