He said it was self-defense, but Prosecutors say he didn't have a leg to stand on.
Now that its been revealed that Pistorius was indeed on his stumps when he fired his gun (instead of the prosecution's initial claim that he had put on his prosthetic legs before shooting) makes me think that maybe he did indeed shoot her unintentionally... which makes this story much sadder.
