Update: The full clip has been released. When she kind of stumbles and asks around 2:05, "Are we doin' OK?" it's really real. And then she says the phrase "duck dookie." Then she calls herself "the white-trash princess." Then she references Honey Boo Boo. Then she goes, "Hey, Oprah..."
