NYU Student Foolishly Opens Imitation Rifle Factory in His Dorm Room

A junior at NYU decided to take advantage of all his school had to offer by setting up a small-scale factory of air rifles and imitation guns. Bernard Goal, a 20-year-old Texan, ostensibly didn't know that he was doing anything wrong selling these items for $500 each.
NYU maintenance workers tipped off the campus police after noticing what appeared to be assault rifles and pistols on Goal's bed. He was arrested on Sunday at 80 Lafayette St. outside of the NYU dormitory on charges of selling and manufacturing "air soft guns." These are like BB guns but have plastic bullets with a range of up to 300 feet, and an ability to cause flesh wounds when shot at a close range.
All of this is illegal in New York, NY.
