In Sunset Park, Brooklyn, on Wednesday, an off-duty NYPD officer, Jacob Sabbagh, was arrested on child molestation charges.

According to the New York Daily News, he was busted in the 72nd Precinct and charged with “course of sexual conduct against a child,” after an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation.

An NYPD spokesperson did not clarify when the alleged abuse took place, the Daily News reports. Sabbagh’s arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court was pending late on Wednesday.
