Mother-Daughter Duo Accused of Robbing a Post Office Three Times
If 18-year-old Katelyn Courtney goes back to high school in the fall, she'll have a hell of a "How I Spent My Summer Vacation" essay. But she probably won't be going back to high school, because she's facing jail time for robbing a post office three times with her mother.
The mother-daughter duo were caught on camera breaking into a Kentucky post office with a crowbar. The camera was installed after two previous break ins that police believe were also committed by Katelyn and her mother, Melissa Courtney.
Authorities say Melissa was the mastermind and that both women have made confessions. They apparently stole cash and drugs. Both women face felony charges.
