Iconic American Top 40 host Casey Kasem, who was reported missing earlier this week and believed to be somewhere on an Indian reservation in Washington state, has been found.

Kasem, 82, suffers from Lewy body dementia and can no longer speak. He's been shuffled around to various care facilities by his wife, Jean Kasem, and his children claim their stepmother has been keeping him away from them.

On Monday, a judge assigned Kasem's daughter, Kerri, as his new legal caretaker, and ordered a court investigator to determine his whereabouts. A publicist for the family said Wednesday night that Kasem was found in Washington just hours after the investigation started.

Another one of Kasem's daughters, Julie, won a previous court case that gave the kids access to Kasem and a say in his care, but the judge said Monday that Jean Kasem had breached that agreement.
