Marco Rubio is on track to win Sunday’s Republican primary in Puerto Rico, leading with 74 percent of the vote.

According to Decision Desk, Rubio was leading out the gate. The winner must reach 50 percent of the vote, and picks up all of Puerto Rico’s 23 delegates.

Interestingly, the votes included those of some 6,000 prisoners, who were allowed to cast absentee ballots on Friday. Only about 25,000 voted in all.
