It's unfortunate the way modern life makes entering into a new day so unpleasant: alarms that need to be silenced, email that needs to be checked, strangers that need to be escorted away by the police.

The AP reports 26-year-old Tyler Sullivan was arrested after wandering drunk into a stranger's apartment in Connecticut and getting into bed with him. Sullivan claims he thought he was in his mother's apartment, which is located in the same complex.

The man who is not Tyler Sullivan's mom woke up, found him, and called 911. He told Sullivan to leave, but he refused until police arrived. He was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Sullivan was released on $1,000 bail and will reportedly appear in Middletown Superior Court on November 4.
