Alleged “Wet Willy” Attack on Child Ends With Strange Man’s Arrest

A homeless man was arrested in Connecticut this week after allegedly wetting his finger and sticking it the ear of a 4-year-old boy, NBC New York reports.
According to police, 34-year-old Michael Migani performed the act “commonly known as a ‘wet willy’” while the child played in a Shelton, Connecticut waiting room on Tuesday. From WFSB:
The incident happened in the waiting room of a business on Center Street, while the child was playing with his mother, police said.
When Migani was confronted by the mother and staff, he fled in his vehicle and was stopped by Shelton police.
Officers then arrested Migani for second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was later released on a $500 bond and is expected back in court on August 19.
