Important news out of England: Sunday night, Macaulay Culkin and his band, the Pizza Underground, reportedly stormed off stage after unruly fans pelted the group with beer. The worst part? Culkin was about to play a kazoo solo.

Pre-beer throwing, the show sounded, uh, interesting.

"Hello Cleveland," Culkin greeted the crowd in Nottingham, according to the Nottingham Post. "How are you kids doing? Do you like pizza? Do you like songs about pizza? Good, cus that's literally all we do."

Culkin then handed out 14-inch pizzas to the front row, urging them to, "Take a bite and pass it on."

The good times, however, were short-lived. Concert-goers began throwing beer soon after the show started. "Why are you throwing those?" Culkin asked. "I'd rather drink them!"

It only got worse for the Home Alone star. 15 minutes later, a full beer hit him, just as he was about to start his kazoo solo. "That's the end of the show. Goodnight," he told the crowd, before grabbing his bandmates and walking off stage.

At least one audience member told the Nottingham Post he was relieved.

"It just sounds awful," he said. "I can't believe he is doing this. Why bother? It must go down well in America or something."

No word if the band was selling the now-famous Ryan Gosling t-shirts.
