Meet Jasleen, a giant baby born in Leipzig last week. At 13.47 pounds and 22.6 inches, Jasleen is the largest-ever baby born in Germany.

Unlike most other giant babies, who are born via caesarean section, Jasleen was born vaginally. Both Jasleen and her mother are healthy, though Jasleen remains in the hospital.

Giant German babies, however, have nothing on Giant American babies. Just over two weeks ago, Addyson Gale Cessa was born in Pittsburgh, weighing 13.75 pounds and measuring 25 inches.

Addyson and Jasleen are tiny, though, compared to this Indonesian baby, who reportedly weighed 19.2 pounds at birth.
