Looks like Justin Bieber's legal troubles are just beginning: Early Thursday morning, the sizzurp-loving pop star was arrested in Miami for driving under the influence and drag racing.

According to TMZ, Bieber is undergoing further blood alcohol tests at a Miami police station. When that's finished, he'll be transferred to jail, where he'll be booked and processed.

Shortly after leaving a club early Thursday, Bieber was reportedly pulled over in his yellow Lamborghini for drag racing and given a sobriety test. His passenger was also arrested, according to TMZ's sources. CNN has also confirmed Bieber's arrest.

According to Miami police, Bieber's entourage blocked an intersection for the race. From the Miami New Times:

"Kid needs help," police spokesperson Bobby Hernandez says. Hernandez added that Bieber's entourage blocked traffic at Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street to create a "drag racing strip," so that the pop star would have ample space to speed.

Police said Bieber was incoherent when they pulled him over and that he resisted arrest. He also tested positive for drugs. From the Miami Herald:

Test showed that Bieber was under the influence of drugs, Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the Miami Herald.

Bieber was incoherent, had his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence, Martinez said. He also did not have a driver's license, the chief said.

"When the cars are going that fast, it takes awhile to catch up," said Martinez, whose officers heard the racing in the distance.

Earlier this month, Bieber's home was searched after he allegedly pelted a neighbor's home with eggs. During that search, Lil Za, a member of Bieber's crew, was arrested for cocaine possession. And last fall, it was alleged that Bieber hired prostitutes in Panama and Brazil.

UPDATE 10:04 am: Bieber reportedly cussed out the cops and admitted to having prescription drugs in his system.

Police also identified the person Bieber was allegedly racing as an R&B singer named Khalil. From ABC News:

According to police, Bieber was driving a Lamborghini and Khalil was driving a Ferrari. Both cars were towed.

Bieber failed a field sobriety test and was taken to the Miami Beach police station for a Breathalyzer and processing, Hernandez said.

Bieber and Khalil both face charges of drag-racing and driving under the influence.
