Flash floods around the Pensacola, Fla. area covered sidewalks and stranded cars, but they couldn't stop one man and his really tall bike. They all laughed at him and his impractical contraption, but who's laughing now?

Actually, still everyone. Because a troll on a giant bike crashing a news clip in the middle of a warning to stay off the roads is pretty good indeed.
