Flavor Flav was arrested early on Thursday morning in Las Vegas on six charges—all misdemeanors—including allegations of driving under the influence, speeding, and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, the Associated Press reports.

Loy Hixson, a spokesman for the Nevada Highway Patrol, told the AP that police pulled Flav over in his 2005 black BMW around 12:30 am on Thursday for going 73 mph in a 45 mph zone. According to Hixson, Flav—whose legal name is William Jonathan Drayton, Jr.—had also been driving with a suspended license.

Meanwhile, Flav is still facing a felony charge for driving with a suspended license in New York state. He was stopped while speeding to his mother’s funeral in January 2014. “Legal troubles have added up for the rapper and reality star, known for wearing large clocks around his neck,” the AP reports.
