Bobby Tufts, America's most beloved five-year-old mayor, has been ousted. After serving two terms as mayor of the (very) small town Dorset, Minnesota, he was defeated by 16-year-old Eric Mueller. Bobby's mom announced the news in a Facebook post.

Dorset, home to 22 people, doesn't have a normal elections process: everyone pays $1 per ballot for unlimited ballots, and then the winner is picked out of a hat. So Bobby shouldn't feel too bad. There's also no way his successor will be better at interviews.

Have fun in kindergarten, Bobby.
