No shit. I was a teen in the early 70's and we were wild-ass feral kids. Everyone's parents were all out having cocktails, getting high, having key parties, watching Rowan and Martin's "Laugh In", and we kids ran wild. I have always been rather astounded by how much more "housebroken" my kids and their friends are compared to how we were when I was a teen.

I'm not worried about the kids, so much. (Except guns at schools types of kids. That one kind of makes my youth look pret-tee tame.)

Well, the one thing this world as a whole does not expect is understanding from the past generations. I am proud to stand by the parents that raised me, without prejudice, malice, and a right head. They raised me with conviction. If it feels wrong, it is. The moral compass has needed to change with the times. This world is getting bigger by the day and the sooner it is accepted, the better OUR world will be.
