The identity of last night’s South Carolina church shooter was revealed this morning, igniting a frenzy to find any trace of information about him on the web. A quick misread might lead you to the Facebook page of Dylan Roof, a young West Columbia man who did not murder nine people last night.

In a post shared on Facebook, Dylan “One N” Roof wrote that he’s been receiving a bunch of “random friend requests and messages from A LOT of people” (probably reporters at The Independent Journal Review). Can the guy live? It is pure coincidence that he and “monster” Dylann Roof are from basically the same area. But since you’re here, may as well appreciate Dylan’s professed love on Facebook for Weezer, Brad Paisley, and Kurt Cobain. Nice. :)
