After allegedly stealing a python from Petco, a highly intoxicated Albany woman draped the snake around her neck and drove her Prius into the local firehouse. Sarah Espinosa, 22, has since pled not guilty to "second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, and petty larceny."

According to Newsday, Espinosa crashed into the New Hyde Park Fire Department around 7 p.m. yesterday. Luckily, no firefighters were in the garage at the time of the accident. After they heard the crash, they were able to rescue Espinosa and the python, which was returned to Petco.

Fire Chief Steven Waldron told 1010 WINS, "[The snake] was about two feet long. I thought it was a pet. I guess she's a snake person." Guess so.
