CNN Dumps Talking Head Roger Stone For Racist, Sexist Tweets
Just a day after Media Matters, and then this website, surfaced new and old sexist and racist tweets written by ex-Donald Trump operative and part-time CNN talking head Roger Stone, the network announced it will stop inviting him on air.
In a statement released to Media Matters, a spokesperson said that Stone “will no longer appear on CNN.” In his tweets, Stone attacked fellow CNN contributors on openly racist and sexist grounds. He called Ana Navarro an “entitled diva bitch” and said “black beans and rice didn’t miss her.” He also called Roland Martin a “stupid negro” and a “token buffoon” and instructed him to “eat somemore Popeye’s.”
He will be missed by fellow insane racists and whoever else watches CNN these days.
