Just how rich is too rich? Allow this gentleman to demonstrate.

With the Irish financial crisis still ongoing, many residents are understandably upset at certain people who have more money than sense.

Well, this footage from RTE's broadcast of this week's Galway Races isn't about to calm them down.

"Apparently in Galway there's a shortage of paper towels and napkins," snarks Entertainment.ie.

Luckily this well-to-do attendee always carries around a few extra 50 Euro ($66) notes to wipe the rain off his face.

Word is he later burned the bill in lieu of throwing it in the trash for fear that some poor person might find it.
