Cabbie Could Lose His License for Pranking Passengers With a Python
New York City's Taxi and Limousine Commission has had it with these motherfucking snakes in its motherfucking cabs. A YouTube prankster could lose his hack license after freaking out passengers with a rented python.
Part-time cabbie and standup comedian Jimmy Failla drove around with the 14-foot Burmese python last week to create a "shock video" and promote his new book.
"This was monumentally poor judgment on the driver's part, and we are clearly going to actively question this person's suitability to continue holding a TLC license," said a TLC spokesman.
Failla's license is up for renewal next week. He told TMZ he doesn't care if he loses it.
He's also under fire from PETA for subjecting the snake to screaming passengers in an enclosed space.
"The snake was handled with the utmost compassion and consideration by a licensed snake handler and the team took multiple shooting breaks to make sure the snake was relaxed," Failla responded, through his publicist.
