Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi—he of the wild sex parties and Barack Obama fetish—has been sentenced to seven years in prison for paying for sex with an underage prostitute at one of his infamous "Bunga Bunga" shindigs.

In addition to the prison sentence, the Milan court banned Berlusconi from politics, meaning he couldn't run for or hold office ever againagain. But it won't be enforced until final—that is, after the two-round appeal process is finished—and Berlusconi, who's 76, is pretty unlikely to see the inside of a prison. (Unless it's the prison of his own clownish misogyny—the prison that holds us all.)

Berlusconi was first indicted on the charges in 2011, and his relationship with Kharima El-Mahrough, or "Ruby Heartstealer" became the focus of a great deal of, uh, speculation in the Italian and international press. (Both Berlusconi and El-Mahrough denied having sex.)
