In a recent interview, the self-professed Grateful Dead fan confirmed he’s plagiarized the Dead over and over, using Robert Hunter’s song titles for important plot points and characters, and even naming the sacred Weirwood tree after a man who should never have been allowed to take over Jerry’s vocals. Which is truly blasphemous—Bob Weir doesn’t even know the words half the time. For gods sake, Martin.
