Authorities reportedly discovered another body in the rubble of the Amtrak crash site in Philadelphia this morning, bringing the death toll from the accident to eight. Eleven passengers reportedly remain missing (UPDATE: Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter says that all 243 passengers on board have been accounted for).

UPDATE 12:47 pm: At a press conference this afternoon, Mayor Nutter confirmed that an eighth body has been found at the crash site and that authorities now believe all 243 passengers have been accounted for. He also said the train was on time out of Washington D.C. and Philadelphia.

UPDATE 2:13 pm: A passenger refuted Nutter’s claim that the train was on time when it left D.C. “It was late out of D.C.,” the passenger told Gawker. “If they made up the time out of Philly, that tells you something.”
