Anne Hathaway and Jimmy Fallon Sing Hip-Hop Songs, Broadway-Style
Earlier this year, Anne Hathaway said she had decided that people needed a break from her. Well, break's over. The Les Mis Oscar winner and diary-keeping princess who everyone loves to hate teamed up with Jimmy Fallon to Broadway-ify some hip-hop tracks.
On Tuesday night, the annoyingly talented and beautiful Hathaway belted her way through "Gin and Juice," "In Da Club," and Kendrick Lamar's new classic, "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe."
But was she better than Ariana Grande, who did the same schtick with Fallon right at the beginning of his Tonight Show tenure? It's worth pointing out that Ariana sang Macklemore's "Thrift Shop," and Hathaway went straight for the Kendrick REAL.
On the other hand, Anne Hathaway continues to be Anne Hathaway, so haters will indubitably continue to hate.
