Amanda Bynes' Bizarre In-Store Dancing Captured on Surveillance Video

Witnesses who saw Amanda Bynes inside New York boutique Pookie & Sebastian described her as "dancing and muttering about plastic surgery." Now we have visual evidence that confirms at least the first portion of that account.

The video above—via TMZ—shows Bynes dancing around the store and on a large man who the Daily News says is her bodyguard. The Daily News obtained an even longer clip of Bynes in the store, and it shows her changing shirts in clear view of staff and other customers.

Elsewhere, Bynes' tweets from this morning reinforce her obsession with plastic surgery.
