An actor known for his television performances as That Guy and Bad Guy with Some Dialogue was just charged with two felonies after allegedly leaving his ex-girlfriend a video of himself killing, skinning and eating her pet rabbit.

Dimitri Diatchenko, who's had roles on Sons of Anarchy, 2 Broke Girls, and Walker, Texas Ranger, pulled the creepy stunt when his ex-girlfriend asked him to move out of their house, which they had been sharing.

According to police, he sent her step-by-step photos and later told her he would do the same thing to her.

Diatchenko insists it's all a funny prank, haha, we're all laughing right.

Police told KCAL9's Kristine Lazar Diatchenko admitted to killing, cooking and eating the rabbit.

However, Diatchenko over the phone told Lazar: "This is all a misunderstanding. We got into an argument, but I didn't kill the bunny. This was a hoax."

Diatchenko says he bought rabbit meat at the store and set his ex's bunny free so she would think it was her dead bunny in the refrigerator, Lazar reports.

Diatchenko faces up to five years in prison for animal cruelty and making criminal threats. His ex-girlfriend, who initially notified police, says it was all a hoax but CBS reports she declined to provide any recent photos of the bunny.
