A 14-year-old girl was shot and killed last night while boarding a city bus in Queens. Police are still looking for the gunman, who they say opened fire on the Q6 bus around 9 p.m. on Saturday.

Police say that the teenaged victim, Daja Robinson, had just left a Sweet Sixteen event at Onyx Lounge in Jamaica. She was boarding the bus with a group of girls from the party when the shots were fired. The Post is reporting that the gunman, who police say fired about 10 shots at the bus, was targeting the group. The shooter's motives are still unknown, and police are not sure if Robinson was the intended victim.

One witness told the Post, "It sounded like Iraq out here."

Robinson was shot at least once in the head and was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital.
