A man spotted in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania on Friday night carrying a rifle and covered in mud is believed to be fugitive Eric Frein, authorities say. Frein is the primary suspect in the murder of an officer at a Pa. police barracks last month. He has been on the run and eluding authorities since September 12.
