Chris Christie's love of junk food speaks for itself, but at a news conference today, one reporter still sought comment from the New Jersey governor about the just-announced shutdown of Hostess Brands, Inc.

Surprisingly, and probably for the first time, Christie refused to open up for Twinkies.

"You people are the worst! This is a setup! I am not answering questions on Twinkies," Christie said, noting that he's "on Saturday Night Live enough."

"It's bad that I even said the word 'Twinkie' from behind this microphone," he added before moving on to the next question, which he warned had better not be about Devil Dogs.

Meanwhile, others around the country are taking the impending Twinkies shortage a bit more seriously. Some have taken to hoarding supplies, while others are "sharing" their wealth by selling boxes of the snack cake for hundreds, and even thousands.
