Gotham

When the winds died down last night, at about 11 p.m., I drove down to Dumbo/Brooklyn Bridge Park with a few friends to see the blacked-out cityscape from across the river. The view was eerie and surreal—a bit like the mid-point of any apocalyptic movie ever set in New York.
