Last year, Edwards Landing Lights' Halloween Light Show played second synchronized fiddle to Kevin Judd's ultra-viral "Party Rock Anthem"-themed display.

But this year, with Judd's HOA forcing him to turn off the lights, the torch has officially been passed.

Happily, the HOA in Edwards' Leesburg, Virginia neighborhood isn't allergic to fun, so the full display contains not one but 13 full songs, with "Gangnam Style" as its centerpiece.
