The Obama campaign is rolling out a new ad starring former President Bill Clinton.

The "Clear Choice" spot endorses Obama's economic strategy — all while reminding viewers that we were happier in the '90s.

It only works if there is a strong middle class. That's what happened when I was President. We need to keep going with his plan.

While the ad does knock the Republican economic plan ("cut more taxes on upper income people and go back to deregulation"), it doesn't mention Mitt Romney by name. That's right, it's actually not an attack ad.

The ad began airing today in swing states.
