Major Idiot Caught in Courthouse Bathroom Having Sex with Minor
23-year-old Roderick Clanton was arrested last week for allegedly having consensual sex with a 15-year-old girl inside the men's room of the New Orleans criminal courthouse at Tulane and Broad.
Clanton and the unnamed minor were reportedly caught in flagrante delicto by a court employee who said he saw "two pairs of legs sticking from the bottom of a bathroom stall."
Sheriff's deputies arrested Clanton and charged him with carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
"The event that happened in the restroom here is unspeakable," said community activist Walter Umrani. "Right in the seat of power in the of justice in the criminal justice system. It just speaks to the lack of respect and the morale decline in our city."
Courthouse security chief Major Melvin Howard praised his deputies for being "prepared for the unexpected."
Clanton, who has several outstanding warrants, is being held on a $10,000 bond. The teen was released to her family after spending a short time in custody.
