It's been nearly a year since Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her daughter Caylee, but life hasn't gotten much better for the 26-year-old.

"Quite honestly, she's gained a few pounds," a source told People magazine. "She does nothing but sit in front of her computer and eat."

It seems Anthony, who has been living the life of a hermit somewhere in South Florida since her trial ended in July, is nervous about her mandatory court appearance in the upcoming civil suit brought against by Zenaida Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, a woman who shares the same name as the nonexistent babysitter Anthony tried to pin her daughter's murder on, says her reputation has been ruined as a result. "Casey was really hoping to leave Florida and never look back," People's insiders said. "She was really ready to move on with her life. This has ruined everything."

In addition to her weight gain and reclusive lifestyle, Anthony is also said to be "unemployed and broke."

The Gonzalez suit is set to go to trial in January.
