Lady Gaga will be making her long-awaited guest appearance on the twenty-third season finale of The Simpsons, "Lisa Goes Gaga," which is set to air Sunday, May 20th.

According to show's synopsis, the plot will revolve around Lady Gaga coming to Springfield "to cheer up a dejected and depressed Lisa." Gaga's appearance was first revealed almost a year ago.

Back in August she exclaimed that her cameo was "one of the coolest things that [she] has ever done." Considering she's pretty much a walking cool-thing-doer, that probably as high a praise as you might expect to get.
