Jersey Shore's resident tanning aficionado Snooki has called out "Tan Mom" Patricia Krentcil for allegedly taking her daughter to a tanning salon.

"That bitch is crazy," mom-to-be Nicole Polizzi told Extra's Mario Lopez. "You are not supposed to take kids there. Everyone knows you are NOT supposed to take kids there."

44-year-old Krentcil of Nutley, NJ, appeared in court yesterday to answer to charges of second-degree child endangerment. She pleaded not guilty and was released on $25,000 bail.

According to the girl's father, Rich Krentcil, the whole thing is a misunderstanding stemming from a comment his daughter made to a classmate. Krentcil told NBC New York he believes a teacher must have assumed that the girl's visit to a tanning salon was somehow related to a sunburn she had, and called the cops on her mom.

"This whole big thing happened, and everyone got involved," he is quoted as saying. "It was 85 degrees outside, she got sunburned. That's it. That's all that happened."
