Game of Thrones is the best show on television and I would happily murder three people of your choosing if you were able to get me a screener of the second season. George R.R. Martin, author of the A Song of Ice and Fire series that the HBO show is based on, is a wizard who created an entire alternate universe from his own imagination.

His creativity unfortunately does not expand to website design, as he has one of the most give-a-fuck super nerd personal websites I have seen since 1999. Is this thing hosted on geocities?

Even better: his sweetly genuine and sincere livejournal detailing his exploits in Hollywood.

HBO has a budget of $60 million for the first season and no one thought to get this guy a website designer? You can't even upgrade him to wordpress? Come on, HBO. This is the guy who brought the Dire Wolf to the small screen, he deserves some respect.
