The above-referenced ass-kicking will be delivered by none other than professional political rabble-rouser Bill Maher. The 10th season of his Emmy-nominated HBO staple Real Time with Bill Maher premieres tonight, and Mr. Polite welcomes raging liberal Rob Reiner, Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schulz (D-Fla.), and Dubya's former speechwriter David Frum to his illustrious panel.

It's just the first dip in the pool for Real Time's 2012 Presidential Election coverage. No subject or candidate will be off-limits in Maher's skewering opening monologues, vigorous roundtable discussions with guest panelists, and/or his "New Rules" segment during which he exposes and explains the absurdity of, well, all of America's habits and institutions.
