The three-bedroom, three-bath home was designed by Jay Vanos (he did the house Samantha and Smith live in in the Sex and the City movie!) and comes with a resort-style pool and spa, floor-to-ceiling glass walls in several of the rooms, incredible canyon views, wood floors, and stainless steel counter tops. The whole thing is capped off with an eco-friendly "green roof." Chris Brown, the environmentalist!
