Meet Michael Campbell. Back in 1995, at the age of 20, he was convicted for the attempted sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. He has been arrested several times since, most recently for going within 500 feet of a playground or public pool.

I'm guessing people freak out and call the cops every time he goes anywhere, so he should really be careful about that whole playground thing.
