Pregnantly popping Ana Belis Hernandez of Tegucigalpa, Honduras had to deliver her baby on a city sidewalk all by her lonesome after the taxi driver who was supposed to take her to the hospital decided that he didn't want to deal with all that drama and gore and kicked her out of his car.

Hernandez told news reporters that she lay on the side of the road for a while before paramedics came and took her to the hospital. The authorities are now looking for her squeamish cabbie, who sounds like a total flake. Surely he knew at the time he agreed to accept Hernandez as a customer that her baby was thisclose to popping out; being in the final stages of labor doesn't seem like something a woman could hide very well.
